Content you choose to create or share through SYMDash, including messages, files, server and channel details, agent instructions, workflow data, and support requests.

Technical and usage information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device and browser details, IP address, diagnostics, feature interactions, and security events.

Microphone, camera, notification, or similar device access only when you enable a feature that needs it and grant the relevant operating-system permission.

We use information to provide accounts, communication, collaboration, AI-agent, workflow, notification, and support features; synchronize your data; keep the service secure; diagnose problems; and improve SYMDash.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use private workspace content to advertise to you.

We use infrastructure and service providers to host the application, store and synchronize data, authenticate users, deliver real-time communication, send notifications, and monitor reliability. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

If you connect a third-party integration or AI provider, SYMDash sends the information needed to perform the action you request. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We retain information while your account or workspace is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention can vary by data type and workspace settings.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can update profile information and notification permissions in the application. Workspace owners and administrators control workspace content and membership according to their roles.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

SYMDash is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We may update this policy as SYMDash evolves. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the application or by email.
