These terms govern your access to and use of SYMDash, including the website and desktop applications provided by SYMX Labs.
Using SYMDash
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use SYMDash only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people and agents you authorize in your workspaces.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content so we can operate SYMDash. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and use the content and integrations you connect.
Acceptable use
Do not use SYMDash to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, abuse or disrupt systems, gain unauthorized access, impersonate others, send unlawful spam, or create or distribute illegal content. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
AI features
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review important output before relying on it. You are responsible for agent instructions, connected tools, approvals, and actions performed through your account.
Third-party services
Integrations and linked services are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or availability.
Service changes
We may improve, change, or discontinue features and may update these terms. We will post updated terms here and revise the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SYMDash is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. SYMX Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using SYMDash at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security risk, unlawful activity, or nonpayment where a paid service applies.
